Photo Session & Video Package

These are the photographs that belong on your walls, in your home, and in the moments you return to when you want to remember exactly how life felt.

Pre-Session Planning — We'll connect before your session to talk through your vision, what you're hoping to capture, styling, location, and the details that will make your experience feel personal to you.
Your Choice of Session — Choose between an outdoor destination-style session or a studio-style experience, depending on the story you want to tell.
Southern California Locations Included — Many locations throughout Southern California are included, giving us the freedom to choose a setting that fits you and your wild ones.
A Personalized Photography Session — A relaxed experience focused on genuine connection, personality, movement, and the moments that feel like you.
5 Professionally Edited Images — Receive five carefully selected, high-resolution photographs from your session.
Mini Cinematic Film — A short cinematic film created from moments throughout your session, giving you another way to experience the season you're in.
Online Gallery — Your final images are delivered through a private online gallery, making it easy to view, save, and enjoy your photographs and purchase additional.
Additional Images Available — After your gallery is delivered, you'll have the option to purchase additional photographs from your session if there are more moments you simply can't leave behind straight from your online gallery

1. Do you travel for destination Photo Sessions?

Absolutely. Wild & Me Studios is available for destination sessions throughout Southern California, with many locations included in your session. If you have a specific location in mind, just let me know and we can see if it’s the right fit. Sessions outside the included locations may require an additional travel fee.

2. Do you help with planning our session?

Yes — and this is one of my favorite parts. Before your session, we'll talk through what you're envisioning, location options, styling, timing, and the little details that will make the photographs feel like you. You don't have to show up knowing exactly what you want. We'll figure it out together.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your session date is reserved specifically for you, so cancellations and rescheduling require advance notice.

Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a standard session.
Location-Based Sessions: If your session requires travel or arrival at a specific destination, 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
Travel Fees: If a session has already required travel arrangements or incurred travel expenses, additional travel fees may apply when rescheduling.
Late Cancellation/Rescheduling: If the required notice is not provided within the applicable 24- or 72-hour timeframe, the session will be considered cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

When proper notice is provided, I'm happy to accommodate a new session date based on availability.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Your session includes six professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered through a private online gallery. You'll also have the option to purchase additional images from your gallery.

5. Can I book a session without a wild one?

Wild & Me Studios is specifically created to capture the connection between people and their wild ones, so all sessions must include a wild one. This is at the heart of what Wild & Me represents, and it’s what makes these sessions uniquely ours.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. During our pre-planning, we'll talk about any specific photographs, poses, ideas, or moments you'd love to capture. I want you to have the photographs you envision while also leaving room for the genuine, unexpected moments that happen naturally during your session.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely. A lot of our planning happens before your session, where we can talk through your vision, location, styling, and anything you'd like to capture.

I also typically arrive early to your session, giving us time to connect in person, make any final adjustments, and take care of those last little details we discussed during pre-planning before we begin.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Your final gallery will be delivered within 8 business days after your session. Weekends are not included in the turnaround time.

You'll receive your finished images through a online gallery, where you can view and access your photographs.
